Neil joins Medical & General as Operations Manager, bringing over two decades of experience in financial services operations. With a proven track record in process improvement, compliance, and team development, Neil’s strategic hire marks a key step in the firm’s growth journey.
Neil’s previous roles include senior leadership positions at Barclays, where he successfully led teams of over 130 people and drove scalable, compliant, and efficient operations, achieving industry-leading engagement results. At Medical & General, Neil focuses on operational readiness, team cohesion, and aligning people, processes, and priorities to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
Neil’s approach is rooted in collaboration, operational excellence, and delivering a client-first service. He’s excited to bring his leadership expertise to Medical & General, ensuring that the firm continues to meet its long-term strategic goals while maintaining the high standards of service that clients expect.
Outside of work, Neil is an avid skier and has travelled across America and Canada, seeking out the best slopes and conditions. A daily gym-goer, he’s up at 6am for his exercise classes to stay fit and energised. Neil also has a twin brother, Marty Pellow (not the one from Wet Wet Wet!), and enjoys spending time with his husband Phil and his dog, Bruce! He’s got a good story to tell about how a playful chase after a ball with Bruce led to two titanium plates and 16 screws in his ankle, but he’s not letting that slow him down!
